The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with easy access to attractions. The rooms were spacious but had some dated features and noise issues. The service was friendly and affordable, although there were incidents of staff potentially being overly strict. The dining experience was generally good but had some minor shortcomings. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My room, just across the hall from a hospitality room, was very nice and large. However, it did show signs of aging with slow-draining bathtubs and noisy room heaters. The food service was a bit pricey and not particularly impressive. There were even two dirty coffee cups in the room that were supposed to be clean.

The staff around me were friendly and knew their job well, making the service enjoyable and affordable. However, there was an incident where they kicked kids out of the pool area for eating popcorn, which seemed unnecessary.

The location was convenient, being close to the airport and various attractions. However, I'm not entirely sure I would choose to stay there again, possibly due to an emergency alarm incident with no explanation.

The hotel rooms were absolutely beautiful, equipped with all the modern features you expect in a finer hotel like a 'rain forest' shower head, a large Samsung television, modern lighting fixtures, and user-friendly temperature controls. However, the rooms were very out of date with no microwave or fridge, and the sofa bed was a nice addition along with the TV, bar sink, bathroom, and dining table and chairs.

The service was okay but certainly not overly concerned with customer service. The staff refused to take my 18 and 19-year-old sons on the shuttle, which was disappointing. However, they won us over with their super helpful and friendly demeanor, always available for a ride to or from the airport.

The hotel was very clean and had an extra sink outside the shower/toilet area. The location was pretty good, especially if you are in town for an expo center event. The shuttle service to and from the expo center was superb, making it easy to get to local attractions. Additionally, the front desk manager couldn't have been nicer.

The dining experience was enjoyable with very tasty dishes, although it was the same for both days. However, the cost was twice what you would pay at a sit-down restaurant, leaving a bit to be desired. I was also under the impression that breakfast was included, which was not the case.
